Qualifications

Experience leading insight, research or consulting projects from briefing through to delivery.
Interpreting complex data and research findings into clear commercial recommendations.
Presenting findings and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
Creating structured insight outputs and client-facing deliverables.
Developing compelling presentations and visual storytelling using PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of insight-led projects spanning audience insight, customer segmentation, dashboards, research programmes and strategic consulting.
Translate complex research and analytical outputs into clear, engaging narratives and actionable recommendations.
Develop presentations, reports, personas and client-facing deliverables that influence business decisions.
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and deliver integrated solutions.
Support proposition development, pitches and wider business growth initiatives.
Line manage and mentor team members, helping to build insight and storytelling capability across the team.
