Job summary

ICIS is seeking an experienced analytics professional to turn customer, commercial and operational data into practical insights. You will build AI-ready analytics capabilities, strengthen reporting, and create data-driven decisions across the business.

You will work with customer researchers and cross-functional partners to unify data sources and deliver leadership-ready insights through dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Proficient Python for data analysis, automation and modelling.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and validation.
• Experience with Power BI for dashboards and reporting.
• Advanced Excel for data manipulation and insights.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM analytics.
• Understanding of cloud concepts and data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer, product and operational data to reveal trends and opportunities.
• Create dashboards and visualisations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Automate recurring analyses and reporting using Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate questions into analytics.
• Support data quality, validation and reliable decision-making.
