Job summary

SLS Recruitment partners with a leading Training Provider to recruit a Data Skills Coach. The role focuses on supporting and developing apprentices through the Apprenticeship Standards, tracking progress along the journey, and coordinating with employers on programme delivery.

You will assess progress toward knowledge, skills and behaviours, and help shape on-programme activities and end-point assessments to ensure apprentices reach their development goals in data.

Qualifications

• Must have coaching apprentices through a level 4 Data Analysis apprenticeship.
• At least a level 3 teaching or assessing qualification and data-related qualification (ideally degree).
• Data-related role experience of 1 year minimum or relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and development of apprentices through the Apprenticeship Standards.
• Track apprentices' progression through the apprenticeship journey.
• Work with employers to plan on-programme and end-point assessments.
