Job summary

LXP Talent is seeking an Apprenticeship Delivery Trainer/Assessor – Data (Data Technician L3) for a hybrid role with remote delivery and some classroom teaching in Grimsby/Hull. You will plan and deliver Data Technician Level 3 training, assess learners, and help them achieve the highest grades possible at EPA.

The role requires data competence and a willingness to pursue Assessor/Teaching qualifications, with emphasis on engaging employers and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• You must be occupationally competent in working with data (Essential).
• Hold a relevant sector-specific qualification (Desirable).
• Assessor Qualification (Desirable; willing to work towards).
• Teaching Qualification (Desirable; willing to work towards).
• Management skills (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver teaching, learning and assessment following the apprenticeship standard, via group sessions and remote delivery.
• Support development of learning resources.
• Ensure all requirements from awarding organisations are met.
• Review progress and set targets with learners for career guidance.
• Monitor attendance, achievement and progression; engage with employers.

JOB TITLE: Apprenticeship Delivery Trainer/Assessor – Data (Data Technician L3)

LOCATION: Hybrid - Remote delivery with some classroom teaching in Grimsby/Hull

SALARY: £31k (DOE)

Role Summary

Delivery of inspiring teaching, learning and assessment for Data Technician Level 3. You will support apprentices in developing their knowledge, skills, and behaviours, and ensure they have the required level of competence to achieve the highest grade possible at the apprenticeship assessment (EPA).
