Job summary

Apprentify is seeking a data training professional to coach learners through the week-one data journey, helping them build confidence and commercial instinct to make an impact from day one.

You will deliver high-quality training sessions, group and 1-2-1 coaching on data, and give constructive feedback on workplace projects. We operate remote-first in a scale-up, with occasional travel for team events, and you will own learner progress, balancing compliance with coaching and EPA readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience within data analytics, computer science, statistics, or mathematics.
• Proven experience delivering training, coaching or facilitation in professional or educational settings.
• Ability to give high-quality developmental feedback that supports learner progress.
• Knowledge and confidence using digital tools and online learning platforms.
• Understanding of Safeguarding, Prevent and Equality & Diversity responsibilities.
• A track record of supporting learners to achieve higher-level outcomes, such as merits and distinctions at EPA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training sessions, group and 1-2-1 coaching on data projects.
• Provide constructive feedback and track learner progress against End-Point Assessments.
• Translate technical data concepts for non-technical learners while maintaining substance.
• Own the apprenticeship journey, balancing compliance tracking and coaching across cohorts.
• Collaborate with the Delivery team to drive results in a fast-scaling environment.
