Job summary

LGBT Jobs is seeking a Data Services Executive in Plymouth on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role supports the Data Content & Insights team by maintaining datasets, delivering reports, and assisting with data system configurations to ensure governance and quality across the organisation.

You will work in a hybrid setup with flexibility for home and office days, collaborating with stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions and system improvements within a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a data, reporting or information-focused role within a professional services or commercial environment.
• Proven ability to produce accurate reports, dashboards or performance metrics using Excel or similar tools.
• Experience analysing data to identify trends and insights that inform business or client activity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality datasets and support routine and ad-hoc reporting.
• Assist in configuration and administration of key data systems and data governance.
• Support CRM back-end processing to maintain data integrity and drive user adoption.
