Job summary

Sysco GB in Ashford is seeking a Merchandising Co-ordinator on a 12 month maternity-cover contract. You will join the Central Category & Data team to ensure accurate product data, manage data changes and support timely SAP setups, with a data-driven, detail-oriented approach.

The role is hybrid, requiring at least one day per week at the Ashford Head Office, and involves collaboration with multiple departments to maintain data quality and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Excellent work ethic, team spirit, organisation and communication skills.
• Experience working with data in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritise across departments.
• Exceptional eye for detail and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable using SAP, reporting tools and Microsoft Office (including Excel).

Responsibilities

• Data Maintenance.
• Vendors, products, pricing & promotions on SAP.
• Perform data checks ahead of set up.
• Interface with multiple departments across the business.
• Ongoing checks, maintenance, resolution and recording for audit.
