The Royal British Legion is seeking a Data Services Administrator to ensure data moves accurately into our CRM HALO and to protect data integrity across our systems. As Data Services Administrator, you will keep vital data moving accurately and on time into our CRM, while managing RBL’s incident management system. Your work will protect financial and transactional data integrity and help colleagues get the best from our systems.
You will be a trusted first point of contact for CRM users, offering practical support and promoting efficient, best-practice ways of working. This role will suit someone who is organised, detail-focused and confident working with data, systems and a wide range of stakeholders. You will also bring demonstrable experience of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to manipulate and manage data confidently.

You will be contracted to your home address, and you will perform most of your work remotely there, with occasional travel (incl. For monthly team meetings).
