• Assist project team in measuring and assessing service performance outcomes (e.g., defining metrics and benchmarks)
• Apply analysis techniques relevant to the context
• Define and create performance measurements, including reporting requirements, tooling, and validation
• Present analysis and visualizations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Provide tactical recommendations based on analysis to inform decision-making
