CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Manager to lead a team of data scientists at the intersection of ML, big data, and security. You will mentor engineers, define standards for ML development, and drive strategy for threat detection projects in production environments.

You’ll collaborate with security research, engineering, and product teams to align ML capabilities with business goals while advancing AI-driven security solutions and publishing impactful research.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in CS/DS/Math/Physics or related field.
• 5+ years in data science and ML with at least 2 years in leadership/mentorship.
• Proven track record leading ML projects from research to production.
• Strong cybersecurity concepts and security operations knowledge.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks; ability to mentor teams.
• Ability to communicate complex ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
