CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Data Science to lead a team of researchers at the intersection of ML, big data and security. You will guide ML strategy, mentor staff, and collaborate with security and product teams to deliver innovative threat-detection solutions.

You'll work with vast cybersecurity data to advance AI-driven security, mentor teams, and publish research as part of a high-impact, remote-friendly environment across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent in STEM; 5+ years data science/ML experience.
• Proven track record leading ML projects from research to production.
• Strong cybersecurity concepts and threat landscape knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists with career development and performance management.
• Define standards and best practices for ML development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Define and drive technical strategy for ML initiatives in threat detection and security AI.
• Lead ML projects from research through production deployment with measurable impact.
• Plan roadmaps balancing research innovation with production delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, engineering, product) to align ML with business goals.
