Job summary

The Partnership is seeking an Insight Manager within Data Science to drive insight-driven decisions across Commercial, Retail and Supply Chain. You will collaborate with diverse teams, shaping, building and deploying data solutions that impact day-to-day business outcomes.

You will work in a hybrid model, split between home and Bracknell Head Office, with occasional travel to other locations as needed. DBS checks may be required for some roles; the team values flexible working and

Qualifications

• Hands-on data science with Python and SQL.
• Experience with ML Ops and Git.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and link complex data sets to support actionable insight and recommendations.
• Identify ideas and take ownership of opportunities to drive business impact with data science.
• Transform data and build models to optimise customer experience, profit revenue generation, cost reduction and other business outcomes.
• Be passionate about statistics and machine learning, and AI, and convey benefits to the business.
• Design and develop end-to-end solutions from problem to implementation and adoption.
• Embrace agile practices and apply AI tools to improve productivity.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to drive technical product delivery.
