O'Neils Recruitment is seeking a Data & Insight Director on a fixed term contract. The role blends data analysis with business storytelling, turning large data sets into actionable insights for stakeholders across the organisation.

You will work with data from thousands of locations, using Power BI to identify patterns, explain reasons behind trends and recommend decisive actions to drive performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Insight, Customer Insight, Business Intelligence or Analytics.
• Strong Power BI and reporting skills.
• Experience working with retail, FMCG or customer data.
• Commercial awareness and strong stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to present insights in a clear and engaging way.
• Someone who enjoys connecting the dots and influencing decisions.
