Oneilsrecruitment is recruiting an Insight Manager for a Berkshire-based hybrid role (with client travel). Salary £50,000 - £60,000 plus annual bonus.

You will lead an insights team, turn data into actionable recommendations, and work with senior stakeholders to shape strategic direction. Strong BI skills with Power BI/Tableau required, plus people management.

We're partnering with a leading field marketing and retail solutions business to recruit an experienced Insight Manager who can turn complex data into actionable insights, influence senior stakeholders, and help shape strategic direction. This is an opportunity to move beyond reporting and become a trusted advisor to both clients and leadership teams.

The Opportunity

You'll be at the heart of the business, using data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, measure ROI, and deliver recommendations that drive performance and growth. You'll also lead and develop an Insights team while working closely with clients and senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

About You
