Job summary

Hull City Council is seeking a Solution Analyst (Data & Reporting) on a fixed-term basis to provide expert business change input across technology projects. You will ensure proposed solutions meet business needs, maintain continuity, and deliver efficient, user-friendly services.

You will work with digital transformation teams and business areas to assess feasibility, develop plans, and oversee UAT and training for seamless adoption of new digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Provide subject matter expertise on business change across discovery, delivery and evaluation of technology projects.
• Lead on business change activities to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and improve services.
• Identify options and feasibility of digital solutions while maintaining business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure services strategies and ICT plans translate into project plans for digital transformation.
• Support discovery and assessment to create a catalogue of innovations for digital transformation.
• Coordinate end-user testing plans and UAT with stakeholders and 3rd parties.
• Act as interface between digital solutions and business areas and manage business leads.
• Drive prioritisation of business activities and help resolve scheduling roadblocks.
• Track business issues and risks and report progress regularly.
• Deliver training and adoption information for new digital solutions.
