Job summary

Liverpool City Council is looking for a Data Analyst to join the Customer and Web Technology team, addressing gaps in operational reporting with a focus on data-driven insights. You will deliver reporting, dashboards and analyses to support services and broader council initiatives.

Reporting to the Senior Technical Architect, you will work across Customer and Web Technology and, where required, PMO and Business Relationship Management functions to improve data quality and drive informed

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting and dashboard development.
• Experience handling large, complex datasets and generating insights.
• Strong skills in Excel, SQL, Power BI and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting and analysis of Council data to support decision making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualisations.
• Provide data-driven insights to drive adoption of Ardoq and engagement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Digital, Data and Technology, PMO and business services.
