Job summary

South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Reporting Officer to support operational reporting and data integrity across services at Jenner Practice / Laurence House. The role focuses on accurate data entry, data cleaning, and building Excel-based reports to support managers and clinical staff.

Qualifications

Experience with data entry and data cleaning to ensure consistency across systems.
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts.
Ability to gather, consolidate and report data for performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry and data cleaning to ensure consistency across systems.
Build and maintain Excel-based reports using pivot tables, formulas (IF, VLOOKUP), filters and charts.
Assist in production and distribution of regular performance and operational reports.
Data collection and analysis: consolidate data from multiple sources for reporting.
Data management: update reporting databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Collaboration: work with units to gather information and disseminate reports.
Observe policies on health and safety, confidentiality and data protection.
