Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths; further education or relevant professional qualifications in administration, data management, or a related field is desirable.
• Training or experience in data protection and GDPR compliance advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collect, input, and validate project data from site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring accurate and timely records.
• Maintain and update databases and project management systems, ensuring information is current and compliant with requirements.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and data summaries for management, clients, and regulators as required.
• Liaise with site supervisors, engineers, and project managers to resolve data discrepancies and clarify data requirements.
• Assist in monitoring project progress by tracking KPIs, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support data audits and ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry standards.
• Assist with document control, including filing, archiving, and retrieving project documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in data management and reporting.
• Provide support and guidance to site teams on data collection procedures and best practices.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all project and company data.
