Job summary

Cappagh Browne Utilities Ltd is seeking a Data Governance & Design Delivery Lead to oversee data governance and coordinate design workstreams across major infrastructure projects in the UK. You will ensure data integrity, drive reporting improvements, and lead cross-functional collaboration to meet client, regulatory, and quality standards.

The role requires strong organisation and stakeholder management skills, with experience in utilities or civil engineering environments being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in data governance, data management, or a similar data-focused role.
• Proficient with Excel, reporting tools and Power BI dashboards.
• Full UK driving licence; experience in utilities, water, wastewater, civil engineering, or project delivery is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data governance activities and coordinate delivery of design workstreams to support operational and project success.
• Ensure critical business data is accurate, consistent, and well-managed across systems.
• Lead initiatives to improve data quality, reporting, and governance practices; coordinate stakeholders and monitor risks.
