Job summary

University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Data Quality Coordinator to join the NIHR Clinical Research Facility in Southampton. You will support data management, training, and system administration for our activity management system, working closely with nursing, clinical and administrative teams.

The role requires strong IT skills, experience with NHS research, and the ability to train end users.

Qualifications

A level or equivalent in Maths, Computer Science or related discipline.
Experience of using CRFManager or other advanced in-house software system.
Experience of working in an NHS research role.
Experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience of delivering systems training to end users.
Experience of data management.
Experience in working with study documentation, including study protocols.
Able to provide frontline support to end users.
Ability to work autonomously and within a team

Responsibilities

Deliver data management, training and admin support for the Southampton NIHR CRF.
Support development and deployment of new systems/functionality.
Provide day-to-day user support and training across teams.
Prioritise workload and maintain confidentiality in a busy clinic environment.
