Job summary

Databarracks is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide proactive support to Backup as a Service customers. This role involves monitoring online backup services, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of technical support experience and expertise in areas such as TCP/IP Networking and Windows Server. Remote work options are available, and full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of hands-on technical experience.
• Expert in TCP/IP Networking, Windows Server, SQL Server, or similar.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to end users.

Responsibilities
