Responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact for incidents and service requests.
• Lead troubleshooting across Azure and on-premises infrastructure, owning major incidents from triage to resolution.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes rather than workarounds.
• Review and implement changes in customer environments as a technical reviewer.
• Build and maintain technical documentation, runbooks and knowledge base articles.
• Identify opportunities to upsell CSq services to customers.
