Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking a Product Lead to shape the data and analytics portfolio, driving data products that enable teams to decide faster, improve compliance and performance. You will bridge business needs with technical delivery and lead roadmap work across Whitbread's data landscape.

In this role you’ll collaborate with Data Science, Engineering and BI teams to maximise value from Power BI and Databricks, coach engineers, and steer data initiatives end-to-end in a fast-paced hospitality

Qualifications

• Solid project management and prioritisation skills.
• Experience coordinating and delivering technical programmes.
• Ability to turn complex concepts into data-driven business cases.
• Experience managing backlogs and agile delivery.
