Job summary

Pontoon Solutions in London is seeking a Data Products Analyst to support the design, delivery, validation, and continuous improvement of data products across EMEA. You will ensure data products meet business requirements, governance, and quality standards to provide trusted insights.

The role is part of the newly established EMEA Data Office, collaborating with business, data, technology, and governance teams to drive data-led innovation and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into data product requirements, definitions, metrics, and transformations.
• Analyse and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and fitness for purpose.
• Support the design, development, testing, and implementation of data products.
• Maintain data dictionaries, lineage, business definitions, and other product documentation.
• Ensure alignment with data governance, quality, and control standards.
• Support stakeholders with data queries, UAT, release validation, and post-implementation activity.
• Use user feedback and product insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively across business, data, technology, and governance teams.
• Experience working across a data product lifecycle.
• Understanding of data models, transformations, data quality, and governance.
