Job summary

Whitbread is seeking a Technical Product Lead to shape data products that drive business performance. You will collaborate with Technical Product Managers and stakeholders to develop, enhance and optimise data products that deliver meaningful insights for strategic decisions.

You will lead engineers, manage backlogs and promote adoption of Power BI and Databricks across the organisation, while coaching analysts and developers to improve data capabilities and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience with BI concepts and data products.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI and SQL for data insights.
• Ability to translate business needs into data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support data product strategies that deliver measurable business improvements.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for efficiency and performance.
• Prioritise data product backlogs balancing value, feasibility and alignment.
• Drive adoption of data products across the business and understand evolving requirements.
• Define data quality improvements and technical requirements for reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Data Science teams on predictive analytics within data products.
