Job summary

Chemist4U seeks a hands-on Business Analyst (Data & Product) to support its data platform, ecommerce products and operational systems. You will work with Product, Data, Engineering, Design and Operations teams to translate business needs into actionable outcomes and drive data-driven decision making.

You will bridge business and technology, map current processes, improve data flows, and contribute to reporting, analytics and platform enhancements across our online pharmacy business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years delivering business/product/data analyst work.
• Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and supporting delivery teams.
• Experience analysing business processes, journeys, workflows, and system interactions.
• Good understanding of data concepts, metrics, and data quality.
• Comfortable collaborating with product managers, engineers, data teams, and stakeholders.
• Experience with Jira, Miro, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand business challenges, objectives, constraints, and success measures with stakeholders.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support discovery, prioritisation and delivery planning, identifying risks and impacts.
• Define reporting requirements, metrics, data definitions, and data quality standards.
• Document data flows across ecommerce, pharmacy, fulfilment and operations.
• Map current and future state processes and propose practical improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA and data teams throughout discovery and delivery.
• Refine backlogs, assist with testing, releases and post-launch reviews.
