Job summary

Randstad CPE in Richmond is seeking a Compliance Administrator to join the Data Protection & Compliance team. You will coordinate DSARs, data breach responses, privacy policy administration, AML screening support, and ICO registration tasks, ensuring regulatory standards are met.

You will liaise with stakeholders across departments, maintain documents, and produce monthly compliance reports on DSAR volumes, breaches, policy activity and risk indicators.

• Confidence to challenge non-compliance and drive corrective action.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end DSAR process within statutory timeframes.
• Coordinate and log data breaches, aid investigations, track corrective actions under GDPR.
• Answer GDPR/privacy queries from internal stakeholders.
• Maintain, update and administer data protection and privacy policies and review schedules.
• Provide administrative support for AML processes including ID&V and sanctions screening.
• Support ICO registration process with legal admin teams.
• Produce monthly compliance reports tracking DSAR volumes, breaches, policy activity, and risks.
