Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a Privacy Compliance Associate to support data protection across the business from its Uxbridge location. You will work in a fast-paced, international environment to ensure UK and EU regulatory compliance.

This role is suitable for an early-career privacy lawyer with exposure to GDPR, AI projects and global data governance. You will handle DSARs, data breach responses, and support audits and broader Ethics & Compliance activities.

Qualifications

• Provide day-to-day privacy advice across the business.
• Support DPIAs, including high-risk and AI initiatives.
• Advise on data sharing and cross-border transfers.
• Draft and review privacy policies, notices and agreements.
• Handle DSARs and data breach responses with the DPO.
• Support audits and broader Ethics & Compliance activities.

Responsibilities
