Job Overview:

The Customer Data Platform leader will spearhead a strategic initiative for Capgemini’s Banking and Capital Markets business unit, focusing on the UK and EU markets. If you enjoy working with top brands in Financial Services and aiding their customer data transformations, we want to meet you! Your Role:

  1. Assist clients in transforming their marketing customer data landscape by strategizing, designing, developing, and implementing large customer data programs to enhance their value delivery.
  2. Drive and deliver customer data platform programs across banking accounts, engaging with clients and leveraging Capgemini’s full capabilities to solve their problems.
  3. Collaborate with practice and account teams to shape complex customer data platform deals.
  4. Strategize key engagements, including assessments and roadmaps, and implement new ways of working using agile methodologies and digital platforms like Adobe and Salesforce.
  5. Develop strategies for managing data portfolios to align better with business outcomes.
  6. Work closely with customers to identify solution requirements and future use cases.
  7. Lead the implementation of solutions from requirements to go-live.
  8. Work with senior management to define data strategies, best practices, and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and resiliency.
  9. Stay informed on the latest trends and innovations in customer data platforms, marketing automation, data integration, and related areas.

Your Profile:

  • At least 1 year of implementation experience with one or more Customer Data Platforms.
  • Experience with platforms like Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Interaction Studio, Tealium Audience Stream, Redpoint, ActionIQ, etc.
  • Experience in marketing campaign design and implementation.
  • Experience with online ad serving or site serving platforms.
  • Knowledge of marketing customer data models and analytics.
