Position: Product Specialist - Mosaic AI (Sr. Specialist Solutions Architect)

You will be a deep technical expert in Gen AI and Machine Learning, focusing on how customers can succeed with these use-cases within the Lakehouse paradigm. Your role involves working closely with Product Management, Field Engineering, and Sales teams across EMEA to facilitate the adoption of Mosaic AI features, provide thought leadership, and support customer success. You will be based in London and report directly to the Sr. Director of Product Specialists in Field Engineering.

The impact you will have:

• Deliver thought leadership through blogs, webinars, guides, and technical insights to the EMEA technical community and beyond.
• Drive adoption of Mosaic AI across EMEA by collaborating with sales and field engineering leaders.
• Influence product strategy by providing data-driven insights and feedback from customer engagements.
• Support enterprise-level Mosaic AI deployments and serve as a trusted advisor in competitive scenarios.
• Act as the third-level escalation point for complex technical challenges faced by customers.
• Build and lead an SME group within EMEA Field Engineering focused on Mosaic AI.
• Develop key messaging and strategies to prepare the technical field for competitive discussions.

What we look for:

• Experience designing and delivering cloud-based Data Warehousing solutions in client environments.
• Ability to advise on Data Warehousing architecture, preparing stakeholders for internal and customer discussions, and anticipating blockers.
• Cross-Cloud expertise, especially in building multi-cloud analytics ecosystems with Databricks, including disaster recovery and fault tolerance solutions.
• Certifications and demonstrated competence in the Azure ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Lakehouse architecture, Apache Spark, Python, and SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in pre-sales and highly desired.
