Job summary

The role sits in the Youth Offending Service team and involves driving KPI monitoring and reporting to diverse stakeholders.

The successful candidate will manage databases and performance systems, develop analytics that inform service improvement and supervise a high-performing team within a multi-agency environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, performance reporting and information management.
• Extensive experience producing and submitting performance data returns.
• Ability to analyse complex datasets and present performance information to diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams within a multi-agency environment.
