A leading charity seeks a Data Operations Manager to enhance their data capabilities and manage key CRM processes. This full-time role involves ensuring clean and accessible data, overseeing major data imports/exports, and directly supporting fundraising initiatives. Location:Office-based in London, with flexibility to work remotely
Salary:Starting from£35,825 per annum plus excellent benefits
Salary Band and Job Family:Band 2, Profession/Technical
*you’ll start at the entry point salary of £35,825 per annum, increasing to £38,065 after 6 months service and satisfactory performance and to £40,304 after a further 6 months.

About this job
This year, the charity has embarked on a bold, strategic initiative to enhance their data capabilities.
They are aiming to improve their data use, integration and analytics to increase engagement, maximise impact and drive forward their strategic goals. With a key focus on: effective and efficient operations; collaboration; and continuous improvement in the Technology, Strategy and Business Intelligence teams.
To achieve this ambition, the charity has developed a new technology infrastructure which they are calling “Sage”. They are implementing new technology infrastructure this year (such as a new CRM system and suite of data tools – Microsoft Dynamics).
The organisation will be taking a structured and phased approach to transitioning and embedding their new team structures, infrastructure and ways of working as part of Phase 2 of this Project.
The Data Operations Managers sit within Product and Systems Management team.
These Data Operations Managers have a key role in ensuring that the charity's end to end processes are working through their central CRM system. These processes include the processing of their income through the system such as Gift Aid, regular giving and special events, Direct Debits.
This role also ensures that end to end data flows are fit for purpose and that data within it are clean, accessible and available.
