Job summary

The Aspire Federation seeks a highly motivated Data & MIS Manager to support Oakfield High School, Landgate School & Aspire College across Hindley and wider sites. You will develop, implement and oversee timetabling and the Management Information System, delivering accurate data reporting for Senior Leaders, the Governing Body and external bodies including the DfE and Local Authority.

You will implement a central dashboard, support timetable production with NovaT software, and establish quality

Qualifications

• Experience with timetabling systems and MIS development and oversight.
• Ability to produce accurate data reporting for senior leaders and external bodies.
• Experience implementing dashboards and central data governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and oversee federation timetabling across sites.
• Maintain MIS, provide accurate reporting and analysis for leadership and authorities.
• Develop a central dashboard of relevant information and oversee new systems.
• Support timetable production and marksheets using NovaT.
