Job summary

Fexco Property Services is seeking a Database Migration Administrator in Salisbury. This hybrid, full-time fixed contract role focuses on migrating data from a legacy system to a new database platform.

You will review, cleanse, validate, and input large data volumes while meeting project timelines and quality standards. You will work with the Client Accounts team to resolve data issues, perform data reconciliation, and ensure GDPR and data security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and maintain data within the old system making the system ready for migration.
• Review data extracted from the system and identify inconsistencies, duplicates, missing information, or errors.
• Perform data cleansing activities to improve data accuracy and integrity prior to migration.
• Validate migrated data and investigate discrepancies between systems.
• Support data reconciliation exercises to ensure completeness and accuracy of migrated records.
• Work closely with Client Accounts team members to resolve data quality issues.
• Escalate data anomalies and system issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, GDPR requirements, and data security standards.
