Job summary

Link Financial Outsourcing Limited seeks a Data Migration Analyst to lead gap analysis and document requirements for migrating live data to internal credit management products.

You will collaborate with Group Consultants, Directors and Product teams, translating complex financial data concepts into actionable specifications for technology, with a focus on regulatory considerations across EMEA. Client-facing and data-driven, the role emphasizes precise communication and data mapping.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of gap analysis and clear, actionable requirements documentation for data migration or financial services change projects.
• Deep understanding of financial lending and data mapping between systems.
• 5+ years in data migration, business analysis or related change programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication at executive levels.
• Ability to write SQL queries for data extraction and analysis; Python knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Undertake gap analysis to identify missing product features for migrated data and business processes.
• Document clear, detailed requirements to close identified gaps with Product and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and customers at all levels to understand data and product requirements.
• Analyze client data to understand meanings and mappings to existing product capabilities.
• Facilitate financial data reconciliation activities and validate outcomes with stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure gaps are resolved ahead of go-live.
