Job summary

WeDoData are seeking an experienced Data Migration Specialist to join a client on a 6-month fixed-term contract to move data to a new CRM for a major NGO in London. You will work hands-on with SQL to extract, cleanse, transform and migrate data while ensuring high data quality.

You will maintain mapping docs and runbooks, support cutovers and collaborate with partners to ensure accurate CRM data. Experience leading large-scale migrations is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and hands-on data migration experience.
• Experience leading a large-scale legacy system migration.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with CareNG or similar non-profit CRMs is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Migrate data from legacy systems to the new CRM using SQL.
• Maintain mapping documentation and technical runbooks.
• Support migration cutovers and coordinate with partners.
• Ensure data quality and accurate data input into the new CRM.
