The Holt School is seeking a capable Data Manager to join our support staff. You will oversee data systems, student records and census returns, ensuring accurate, timely information for staff and Trustees.
The role reports to the Assistant Headteacher and supports both the Sixth Form and general school processes. Key duties include managing Arbor, admissions, timetables and school reports while upholding confidentiality and data integrity.

Salary: Grade 7 SCP 25-29: £37,563 - £41,177FTE per annum.
Actual salary £33,363 - £36,573 per annum
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30 am to 4:00 pm. Term time only, plus 2 weeks in the summer holidays.
Start date: December 2026
The Holt is a popular and oversubscribed 11-16 girls and 16-18 co-ed comprehensive school, which converted to academy status in July 2011.
The school was judged 'outstanding' by Ofsted in March 2023; there are 1469 students on roll (276 in the Sixth Form).
We are seeking to appoint an organised, enthusiastic and highly accurate Data manager to join our support staff team.
Reporting to the Assistant Headteacher, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing the school's data systems and ensuring that accurate, timely information is available to support both students and staff.
The role includes responsibility for Arbor, student records, admissions, timetabling, school reports, review-cycle data, census returns and data analysis for Trustees, as well as supporting Sixth Form enrolment and other key school processes.
We are looking for someone who:
Experience of Arbor, Timetabler and/or working in a school environment would be an advantage.
