Job summary

The Holt School is seeking a capable Data Manager to join our support staff. You will oversee data systems, student records and census returns, ensuring accurate, timely information for staff and Trustees.

The role reports to the Assistant Headteacher and supports both the Sixth Form and general school processes. Key duties include managing Arbor, admissions, timetables and school reports while upholding confidentiality and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Has excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Is confident working with data, databases and IT systems.
• Can manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
• Communicates effectively and works well as part of a team.
• Understands the importance of confidentiality and accurate record keeping.
• Experience of Arbor, Timetabler and/or working in a school environment would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage Arbor, student records, admissions, timetabling, school reports and census returns.
• Provide data analysis for Trustees and support Sixth Form enrolment and key school processes.
• Report to the Assistant Headteacher and support day-to-day school data operations.
