• Proven experience mentoring and developing data professionals.
• Strong commercial acumen, preferably in pricing, margin optimisation, and/or growth analytics.
• Hands-on expertise with modern data platforms and analytical tools.

• Set priorities and guide work of a high-performance data team.
• Own end-to-end pricing operations for domestic tariffs.
• Drive pricing strategy and optimisation through market analysis.
• Deliver growth and customer insight through key metric reporting.
• Champion data best practices and continuous improvement.
