Job summary

Octopus Energy Group in London is looking for a senior data analyst to generate insights that guide pricing, product decisions and growth strategies. You will be the most senior analyst in the London data commercial team, collaborating with global colleagues to understand customers and market dynamics.

You will mentor analysts around the world, partner with senior leaders, and help design dashboards and KPIs that illuminate how we win in the UK and in our international markets.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering actionable insights that drive business impact.
• Mentor and upskill analytics teammates.
• Hands-on data platform expertise with SQL and Python.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Commercial pricing or growth analytics experience preferred.
• Strong communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product teams to set pricing for UK customers.
• Identify and analyse energy retail data to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with teams across countries on global projects.
• Define KPIs and dashboards to communicate drivers.
