Job summary

IPPF in London is seeking a senior analyst to partner with 14 focused MAs, build service-line P&L accounts on a driver-based model, and deliver dashboards to provide reliable visibility for performance management and decision-making.

The role includes strengthening operational and financial data systems, coaching MA teams, and developing practical tools to quantify ROI and improve pricing. Travel about 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across multinational clients.
• Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable decisions.
• Strong skills in building and interpreting P&L and dashboards.
• Experience using AI/automation to streamline reporting processes.
• Ability to design robust performance management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with 14 MAs to analyze financials and KPIs and drive decisions.
• Develop driver-based P&L models (price/volume/mix, cost, productivity).
• Lead monthly reviews with MA leaders including actions and variance.
• Establish commercial KPIs and strengthen data systems.
• Create templates and dashboards for all 14 MAs; train staff.
• Lead price reviews by service and MA; assess elasticity and cash-flow.
• Build investment models (ROI/NPV) and translate to MA P&L.
• Quantify impact of initiatives on surplus and margins.
• Run monthly performance forums and drive continuous improvement.
• Travel internationally ~20% to support MAs.
