Job summary

Blue Square is seeking an Analytical Performance Business Partner to join our Central Support team, driving performance across services and guiding clients to achieve their goals.

You will partner with Business Unit and Field Leaders, turning dashboards, reporting and insights into actionable recommendations that optimise service delivery and fuel commercial growth, while sharing findings with senior stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building effective relationships and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple markets.
• Confidence presenting analysis, recommendations and performance updates to senior leadership and clients.
• Strong commercial awareness, with experience identifying and delivering growth opportunities.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insight.

Responsibilities

• Identify analytics and reporting requirements across partner business units.
• Analyse dashboards, reporting and performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations that drive business results.
• Present regular performance updates, insight and recommendations to senior internal and client stakeholders.
• Use client and field interaction alongside data to understand performance objectives and identify opportunities to optimise services.
• Provide regular and ad hoc reporting, keeping stakeholders informed on progress, performance and key actions.
• Oversee Impact Index and internal benchmarking across business units, ensuring consistency across campaigns.
• Ensure clients have clear visibility of performance and impact metrics, providing commentary and context where needed.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across client service and service delivery teams.
• Identify growth opportunities and use data-led insight to improve service and account performance.
