Qualifications

• Qualified chartered accountant, CIMA, MBA or data analyst with post-qualification experience.
• Experience with P&L development templates and senior stakeholder management.
• Strong IT skills: advanced Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint; able to build dashboards.
• Experience using AI and automation to streamline data prep and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to identify insights and trends.
• Excellent communication to explain insights to non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience in transformation and/or target operating model implementations.
• Willingness to travel internationally (~20%).

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior non-financial stakeholders to analyze financials and KPIs.
• Build service-line P&L accounts for 14 MAs on a driver-based model.
• Model initiatives to accelerate surplus; set MA-specific targets and monthly reviews.
• Assess MA capability to produce monthly reports, forecasts and budgets.
• Establish and embed commercial KPIs and improve data systems.
• Lead price reviews by service and MA; quantify P&L and cash-flow impact pre-go-live.
• Develop investment models (ROI/NPV) with MA linkage.
• Conduct impact analyses and feed learning into pricing and plans.
• Run monthly performance forums with MAs to review KPIs and actions.
• Drive efficiency and continuous improvement by modernizing processes.
