Job summary

YMCA DownsLink Group is seeking an analytics professional to champion data-driven decision making within the Impact and Improvement Team at our Hove office, with hybrid flexibility.

You will analyse risk and performance across large datasets, develop Power BI dashboards, and help improve data literacy across the organisation.

Travel across Sussex and Surrey is possible; 37 hours per week, based on-site in Hove with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing data and reporting on performance across large datasets.
• Ability to build engaging dashboards and efficient data models in Power BI/Salesforce.
• Strong MS Excel skills and data literacy to summarise and visualise data.
