Job summary

The Woodland Trust is the UK’s leading woodland conservation charity. We are seeking a Data Selections Lead to head the data selections team and deliver contact data from our CRM and email platform to support internal teams with engagement activities.

You will use Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Customer Insight Journey apps to create and manage contact selections, analyse communication history, and report on team workflows while collaborating with stakeholders to optimise supporter journeys in a

Qualifications

Experience using MS Dynamics 365 CRM in data selections, fundraising or supporter communications.
Knowledge of data protection principles and UK requirements.
Experience using CRM data to create, extract, manipulate and quality-check contact selections.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the data selections team, providing guidance and development opportunities.
Use Dynamics 365 and Customer Insight Journey apps to create, extract and manage contact selections.
Investigate data, system and process issues, escalate and implement solutions.
Analyse and report on contact communication history and team workflows.
Support journey managers and stakeholders to identify best contacts for campaigns.
Collaborate with stakeholders to build and optimise supporter journeys.
