Job summary

Woodland Trust in the United Kingdom is seeking a Data Selections Lead to head the data selections team and deliver contact data selections from our CRM database and email platform to support internal teams with communications and engagement activities.

The role requires leading and developing staff, using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated apps to create, extract and manage selections, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimise supporter journeys.

Qualifications

• Experience using Dynamics 365 CRM in data selections, fundraising or supporter communications.
• Knowledge of data protection principles and UK requirements.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload.
• Experience leading a team and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data selections team to deliver contact data selections from CRM and email platform.
• Use Dynamics 365 and email platforms to create, extract and manage contact selections.
• Investigate data, system and process issues and implement solutions.
