Job summary

The King's Trust is seeking a Support Data Selections & Imports Manager to ensure our fundraising and marketing teams have high-quality data to engage supporters and grow income.

You will manage complex data selections and imports into Microsoft Dynamics, using SQL to deliver timely insights that power campaigns, while collaborating across fundraising and marketing to optimise supporter journeys and data-driven tactics.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and data management experience.
• Experience delivering data selections and imports for campaigns.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of accurate data selections and imports to support fundraising and marketing campaigns.
• Use SQL and Microsoft Dynamics to manipulate, segment and manage data with high quality and compliance.
• Partner with fundraising and marketing teams to optimise supporter journeys and advise on data-driven campaigns.
• Help shape and improve processes, documentation and best practice across our Supporter Data function.
