Job summary

Lockton is seeking a proactive data professional to join our team in London. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements and design Power BI solutions that drive business insight.

You will write efficient SQL, analyse large datasets, and promote a data-driven culture across the organisation. Experience with Azure and Databricks is preferred, along with modern data platform practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, challenge, and translate reporting and analytics requirements.
• Extract, transform, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sources to support business decision-making.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and semantic models.
• Write efficient, scalable SQL queries to support reporting.
• Deliver insights and recommendations that help stakeholders understand trends, performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to promote a data-driven culture across the organisation.
