Job summary

Salary Finance is seeking a talented Enterprise Data Analyst to join our Enterprise Data Hub in a hybrid London role. You will translate business questions into trusted data products and Power BI dashboards, collaborating with engineers, analysts and stakeholders to inform decisions and enable safe growth of our loan book.

With 3+ years in data analytics, you will craft robust dashboards, optimise ETL/ELT pipelines, and present findings to executives.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related roles with progression from technical to strategic delivery.
Advanced SQL proficiency in writing, debugging, and optimizing complex queries.
Expertise with the Power BI ecosystem; ability to create sophisticated data models and measures (DAX).
Strong ability to translate vague business requests into concrete technical requirements for stakeholders.
Experience delivering predictive insights that drive measurable commercial value.
Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to speed up workflows and documentation.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop robust dashboard requirements across data literacy levels.
Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards that deliver value to the business.
