Job summary

Lockton seeks a data-driven LPS Analyst to join our Portfolio Solutions team in the UK. You will provide hands-on analytical support across monoline facilities, building dashboards and data packs, and contributing to market submissions.

You will leverage Power BI, SQL and Python to transform large datasets into actionable insights, supporting senior stakeholders and driving data-led decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• End-to-end Power BI report development including ETL and data modelling.
• Strong SQL development and optimisation practices.
• Good understanding of relational databases and data architecture.
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query and Power Pivot.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication to present findings to diverse audiences.
• Experience in insurance or financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Extract, interrogate and analyse data to support scoping discussions with stakeholders.
• Produce BI reporting to assess profitability and scope of opportunities.
• Develop and maintain data infrastructure for monoline facilities.
